Neighboring the southwest part of Lake Harriet and eastern of 50th and France, the Fulton Neighborhood is a 15-30 minute commute to downtown Minneapolis and a 15 minute commute to the airport and Mall of America.

Home Types

The Fulton neighborhood has largely been a residential area since the 1920s. The most common styles of homes are bungalows, foursquare and craftsman. Many of the homes have been updated and well maintained with some of the original architecture still intact.

The Fulton neighborhood is ranked the 32nd most walkable neighborhood in the city. With a walk-ability score of 73 and a bike-ability score of 69, living in this neighborhood provides easy access to most errands by foot or bike. Public transportation is also easily accessible.

The Fulton Fall Festival is the annual neighborhood gathering. Taking place in early September, event-goers enjoy food, entertainment and activities for the whole family.

Pershing Park – 48th and Chowen. Amenities include: Tennis courts, wading pool, and baseball fields. Pershing Park also has a rec center that allows for room rentals including, meeting rooms, a kitchen, lounge, craft room and restrooms.

Preschool and youth sports programs are offered through Pershing Park.
