Hays Take On: Zoe’s Cafe

Fall is here and that means it’s getting colder and Winter is basically going to be here tomorrow… So this week for Hays Take we visit a Zoe’s Cafe in the heart of Uptown that can provide a warm drink and pastry to accompany a little morning or afternoon work during these upcoming chilly days.

The Place

At Bryant and Lake Street in the middle of Uptown is Zoe’s Cafe. When you enter the building, you’ll feel the warmth of the fireplace in the center surrounded by comfy seating as well as tables throughout. This already sets the mood for the perfect atmosphere to escape the cold or be productive. Windows on both of the front sides allow for plenty of natural light to come in while still remaining cozy.

The Product

Zoe’s Cafe has plenty of coffee options, with all of your favorite combinations from black coffee straight up to mochas and lattes. The coffee is sourced from TrueStone Coffee Roasters in St. Paul, giving it a little bit of that extra Minnesota Nice. They also offer plenty of seasonal options and changing items to keep things fresh. Also available are plenty of bakery options, yogurt, salads, and other items for you to snack on while you enjoy a relaxing day or get your work done.

The Take

If you’re an Uptown liver or worker or just someone who’s looking for a new spot for a cup of Joe, Zoe’s is here to provide for the upcoming cold!
