More importantly, we ask you a number of questions that allow us to gain a critical understanding of how best to tailor our service, and channel our experience, to exceed your expectations. Real Estate can be complicated. It can be unnerving. It can be disappointing. It shouldn’t be. Tailored Plan Review

Based on the Initial Consultation, the A.D. Hays Group will return with a detailed plan specific to your situation, needs, and desires. This plan will include a review of real market data, a comprehensive marketing and/or comprehensive search plan, a price opinion, opportunities to increase your potential sale price or reduce your purchase price, and a timeline for milestone meetings throughout the buying and/or selling process.

 

As we review this plan we’ll engage in a discussion, together, to make sure it aligns to things you deem important as you move through the process. Should refinements need to be made, they’ll be done on the spot so we’re all aligned and moving towards one common goal.
